How TRIMME handles your personal data.
What we collect
Your mobile number, name, bookings and reviews. Shops never see your mobile number.
Your location
The location you choose is kept on your device only, to sort shops by distance. We don't store it on our servers.
Messages
We send verification codes, booking confirmations and reminders on WhatsApp to your number only.
Cookies
We use TRIMME's own cookies only, no advertising or third-party cookies: sign-in session and security cookies, the site language, and, after you scan a shop's QR code, a cookie that keeps that visit's number for 7 days so a booking from the code is credited to it. We don't keep the IP address of anyone who scans a code.
Your rights
You can edit your details and end your sessions from your account page, and ask support to delete your account.
