The terms for using TRIMME to book salon appointments.
The service
TRIMME shows the times that are free at participating salons and records your booking. The shop provides the service and sets its own prices and durations.
Your account
You sign in with your mobile number and a code sent on WhatsApp. You are responsible for your details and for bookings made from your account.
Bookings and cancellation
You can cancel or change an appointment until the stated time before it. After that, contact the shop directly. There are no payments through the platform in this version; you pay at the shop.
Reviews
You can review a completed visit once. Reviews show your first name and the initial of your family name, and reviews that break the rules may be hidden.
